The classes are great and there are lots of them so I can fit them in to my day whatever my schedule is like. The pool area with the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi is great. I try to go there at least once a week for chill out time! I like the way the place us decorated. It is bright, clean and upbeat!

Recently started PT & it has changed my whole approach to training & have highly recommended it to many other members who have also taken it on.
Loved themed classes to mark events like Pride Zumba, County Colors Spin, the monthly challenges & summer parties etc, all help create a friendly atmosphere & made this gym unique from all others in the city.

Great Gym But a few small fans for the Watt Bike, placed around a T.V. Screen with a HD cable so I can link to Zwift, would make it a SUPER GYM.
The heat from being on the watt bike for more than an hour affects my performance the cool air would simulate the outside.

I love that the club introduces new classes. The latest aqua classes combining aqua jump, combat and pump are such fun. There's variety for everyone in the timetables and all the latest equipment if you want to work out on your own.

Modern, clean and well msintained

Clean gym, enough space, big room areas for dance, yoga, or to do your own workout. Very modern machines and good atmosphere.

It's a big fitness center with so much facilities! I can have a chill workout combined with sauna or jacuzzi. Or I can go hard and all the floors with different machines. It's amazing!
