I really enjoy the vartery of classes & the professionalism & good humour of the trainers. I attend the morning classes & the times are great enabling me to exercise before I go to work starting my day in a very positive way
Great gym! The location is convenient, the fees are more than reasonable for the quality of the facilities and classes provided. I was never a fan of gym workouts before but now I'm addicted! I love the early morning classes that get me out of bed and pumped up ready for the day. I can see the physical differences on myself since I joined 3 months ago and I'm absolutely going to recommend OneEscape to everyone!
