Honestly yous covered everything the last time! I felt super safe and the place is sterile!
I think the measures already set up are much better than most other gyms, I think continuing what is being done would be good!
You guys were really SO great every time you were open during Covid. Could not fault you. 100% across the board. I just think the messaging to the members (and new members) could be tightened up. No sharing stuff. Keep your distance. And most importantly clean everything down thoroughly once you are finished with it. I started to notice people just not bother and at one point just start sucking from the water fountain. Grim. I'd hammer home the cleanliness and safety messages daily and make sure no one is lobbing the gob on the water fountains.
But again, you guys were all totally awesome!
Ye are doing great! The only thing that I think a lot of people including myself would benefit from is a student discount on the membership!
Booking time-slots on the swimming pool where there should be no more than one person per lane (happy to pay an additional fee/token to reserve a lane in the swimming pool)
Make sure people are wearing a mask when not exercising. Everyone entering should be entering with a mask & have it pulled up properly (no nose out). In fact, I'm not giving 10 because last time I called to ask for info, in September, I was told wearing a mask "is up to you". Reason why I had decided to froze my account (not knowing more lock-downs were on the way).
change the lockers to use electronic locks.
More than one disinfectant bottle per room would be great! Trying to minimize interactions and cross contamination is difficult when you have to chase people for the spray bottles. I also messaged your Instagram account in December about a sign that I thought needed rewording and never heard back.
Make it compulsory to wear a mask. It's not a big deal.

You did a really great job when the Club re-opened after the last lock down so keep doing what you are doing. Looking forward to getting back.

Make sure that if a member would like to use their own hairdryer they have access to plug it in.
There is access to drinking water.
There is access to showers, for swimming pool users.
Signing up for classes is as easy as possible and you can cancel up to an hour ahead of the class.
There are adult swimming lessons available.
If there is restrictions in classes and use of the gym facilities - would you consider a reduction in the fee - I pay 80 a month for use of the clubs - but last time I found the time restrictions really hard to work with getting to the club - so I only got to use it a few times I understand Health and Safety have to be priority but the restrictions are hard on some members

- as you’ve done in the second lockdown: reducing the slots within the training periods to allow enough space and that people don’t come too close to each other

Cleaning all th3 mats, guarantee safe distance, limit classes to fewer people
Can you consider reopening the sauna and steam room to those who can prove with evidence that they have had their vaccination doses when you reopen. I miss them.
I don't know I would only go to the gym for the aerial classes and the swim pool but as the aerial classes have been cancelled since the first lockdown and are probably not coming back I need to discuss about my current membership as is too expensive for me to only use the pool.
I think you are doing a great job. Very happy with how everything was handle. Safety was practiced, staff are wonderful and communication in membership and opening has been brilliant.
I thought the booking system worked well. Longer opening hours on weekends maybe as numbers per hour are reduced.
You guys are amazing, the way you handled this whole year situation was simply an example in terms of customer services.
Providing online classes, gym coaches building custom home workouts for me, subscription fees delayed, you got it all perfectly covered.
