HI! Maybe it is already in use, however I enrolled in last December so I wasn't able to check it properly.
What I would like is to have any chance that the use for pool will be scheduled through the app, or some way like this.
That's will be useful to my understanding for all of users, when we decide to go for swimming it won't be plenty of people or just having to wait there until my turn.

I think it's important to ensure only safe amount of people in the same time slot, during the last reopening sometimes it's too packed during a few time slots, everytime I went i felt like risking health for the workout

I love the gym, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and the system via the app for booking appointments is very straight forward and the gym never feels too crowded. The only thing I would say is that I am hoping the prices go back to normal after a while as I joined after the prices went up quite considerably, and although the old prices were affordable, it is quite expensive for off peak hours now and possibly unsustainable, my current off peak membership is more expensive than my boyfriends full membership

When we reopen I only require to be safe and for it to be easy to book classes and time to swim. The morning time is best for me for Pilates and yoga it would be lovely to have classes available.

Nothing, just can not wait to get back. But if you did want to start renting equipment as an additional revenue stream It'd make things a lot easier at the moment.

When reopen, I really need the classes.

Extend the workout slots by 15 - 20 mins

I think you have done so much to make every single client feel safe. I left my last gym because I didn’t feel safe and they weren’t following the guidelines. I don’t think there is anything extra you can do, just keep up the good work. I’m dying to get back!!

I think the gym is great. The only other thing you could possibly do is add a section on the app/website with healthy recipes for snacks before and after the classes or maybe some healthy meals.

I don't believe there's a lot more that you guys can do than what you were already doing. From what I could see before the club had to close you guys were already doing so much

A reduction in fees would be most welcome..

I am so excited for when 1escape reopens and when the classes are back on track!

I felt very safe and comfortable in the gym and will be more than happy to return once you reopen.

To better support us during lockdown - I prefer to take the classes that are pre recorded on your extras than the live zoom classes as I find it can be quiet laggy and have tech issues.. my opinion would be to pre record all the classes and put them in the extras for us all to enjoy and use at a time that suits us (as I am work between 9 - 11 hrs from home mon to fri)

One thing that we can look at improving in Level 4/3 is the transition period between sessions - last time round people were still in the pool during cleaning so, let’s make sure everyone leaves to ensure we all have the same training time

All you can do really is just continue providing online zoom classes, and keep us all updated on the gym's status.

And maybe get an air conditioner for the main gym room in the meantime 👀 it gets really hot and sweaty in there.

Honestly yous covered everything the last time! I felt super safe and the place is sterile!

I think the measures already set up are much better than most other gyms, I think continuing what is being done would be good!

You guys were really SO great every time you were open during Covid. Could not fault you. 100% across the board. I just think the messaging to the members (and new members) could be tightened up. No sharing stuff. Keep your distance. And most importantly clean everything down thoroughly once you are finished with it. I started to notice people just not bother and at one point just start sucking from the water fountain. Grim. I'd hammer home the cleanliness and safety messages daily and make sure no one is lobbing the gob on the water fountains.

But again, you guys were all totally awesome!

Ye are doing great! The only thing that I think a lot of people including myself would benefit from is a student discount on the membership!

Booking time-slots on the swimming pool where there should be no more than one person per lane (happy to pay an additional fee/token to reserve a lane in the swimming pool)

Make sure people are wearing a mask when not exercising. Everyone entering should be entering with a mask & have it pulled up properly (no nose out). In fact, I'm not giving 10 because last time I called to ask for info, in September, I was told wearing a mask "is up to you". Reason why I had decided to froze my account (not knowing more lock-downs were on the way).
