First of all it's great to be back. A friendly helpful staff and team makes a gym and 1escape heats this hands down.
Due to the pandemic we all need our private space to workout and the gym has a great layout and offers the idea of protection when working out

Only downturn is that I often see folks that don't wipe the machines down after use and this can be annoying but the staff can't watch everybody:)

I'm not sure separating pool and gym slot bookings works. People come to the pool after gym session anyway. Also, please fix broken soap dispenser in the gents showers. The first cubicle on the right as one enters from the changing area (far side from the door to enter the pool area). It has been broken since last year :)

Keep cleaning and 75 min intervals

From what I can see so far, everyone is doing an awesome job to keep things going and open safely! Classes would be nice but, the government won't allow it so we just have to continue to wait it out. In the meantime, the fact that the gym itself is open is a blessing! Keep up the great work!

Great procedures in place since reopening. Staff are all friendly as always.

Might need a few additional benches for the floor upstairs, as there is only 4 which can be snapped up quite quickly.

The amount of work and effort that was put in prep of gym an swimming facilitates after reopen is huge. It is very nice, clean and perfectly prepared place where you can feel safe and fully enjoy you after covid return.

I'm really happy with all the reopening protocols. Perhaps it would make things easier if there were a few more bottles of disinfectant around, particularly on the top and basement floors.

I only use the swimming pool so during lockdown there wasn’t much that they could do. Having said when I had problems with my app and wanting to book the staff was extremely helpful and managed to resolved the issue.

More classes!

Speaking as a 79 year old I am so happy to be back at 1escape again. For me it’s like a 5 star staycation ,and to the wonderful staff keep up the good work.

I felt very supported. I enjoy the addition of on demand classes to the app

Keeping the space cleaned and sanitized as the last time. Also be available to us to redeem products by rewards points to raise our workouts outdoor.

Excellent club with well trained and professional staff.

The virtual workouts on the app is very useful especially when there are only limited online classes available however the content appears to have been reduced from it’s previous format. I have mentioned this to the club receptionist only today. Otherwise I am very happy to return to 1escape!

If we can't do classes together please increase the number of online classes like HITT and Pilates / yoga etc
