The cleanliness and housekeeping levels are of the highest standards as they have always been even prior pandemic.
The communication with the members is first class with support and guidance given on a consistent basis including new up to date evidence based programmes and ideas .
During the lockdowns I still felt part of a community who never ceased caring for their members .
The staff are always engaging , knowledgeable and most welcoming.All staff come across as well trained and valued by management.
A great place to be part of that’s for sure as far as I am concerned.

Great time table for classes everyone so helpful that works there swimming pool a bonus and true the covid -19 they have gone above and beyond for customers to keep them active with here videos and zoom classes

Team are helpful as always, plenty of time to chat and actually care about their members.

Another Smith machine downstairs might be ideal or ISO Row Plated machine would be class. Music could be better also - no one direction or Justin Bieber remixes played at all...this is real music!

On a serious note - only slight complaint is the times at the moment, where is my free month gone for 1500 points? :( only real reward worth saving up for
Also if there was a slot in between the 6am & 7:40am that would be great. Regards to wiping down machines, hand towels might be better going forward instead of all the paper currently been wasted.

the staff are very professional yet very approachable.I have also been very impressed with the regimes you have engaged in during this peroid to sanitize the gym and keep both staff and members safe.As an elder lemon I have had no difficulty making the decision to return to the gym.

I like the fact that there are plenty of machines and equipment,the pool area is excellent and it will be even better when it is fully open.The reception staff are helpful, always upbeat and happy and its brilliant to be back.Keep up the good work, thank You all.
