Thank you for the zoom classes during lockdown they were very helpful. Great trainers.

While classes are not allowed due to guidelines I would like to suggest “Group open workouts”.

When the classes start again it would be great to have aerobic classes or step aerobic.

I am looking forward to classes starting again as this is what motivates me most.

I was in 1escape yesterday and saw people working out without wearing masks - I feel that it is important for people to wear masks to ensure all attending feel more comfortable being there.

Is it possible to get the steam room open again?

Have no complaints - there’s plenty of access to online classes on demand and live zoom classes. There’s also enough space in the gym to get a booking to attend whenever I want. The staff are so friendly and covid compliant

Renting out equipments.

The app is getting better, but can still be more straight forward. I often find myself going in and out of the wrong page before finding what I need.

It would be helpful if we can have a table of exercises written as per instance for boxing, I barely remember last classes exercises and the set of exercises between round. When I was in the gym my WiFi signal was too low in order to connect to the app and check any classes in extras field

I found the online classes very helpful during lockdown.
Now that the gym is open again think the sessions need to be a bit longer.

Only thing maybe one more rowing machine and a third cable machine. Other than that perfect.

Everything the gym does is incredible from the zoom classes to the incredible staff.

By continuing the excellent standards of hygiene and encouraging all members to be vigilant and continue to encourage members to practice hygiene and social distancing etiquette.

In the club everything is organised in high standards. Don't need any other actions.

I would like to see a stricter requirement of mask wearing on entering the club.

I think your set up is great. Can't have enough blue paper. Pitty we can't have hair dryers but I see they could blow infected air around. So fair enough.
