The staff at the gym have done an amazing job whenever I have visited the gym. The gym is cleaned to an excellent standard. There are plenty of cleaning products available and lots of space during classes.

Would be nice ro have more time options available to entry the gym considering the new reopening.

The resources available online through lockdown have been great, and the measures taken on reopening have alleviated any concerns! Really happy with everything.

I think the help during lockdown was very good. Once you reopened I like the idea of having to book a slot at the pool, for me it felt safe but also it ensured me that I would have a place to swim, especially in the morning times, when it is busier.
On the while I think the looking after and the standard of the place was excellent.

Hygiene standards gave been maintained to a high level throughout, and prior to any lockdowns the gym was always very clean and being cleaned, so I have confidence this will continue.
Monitoring class numbers, some social distancing and members comfort levels with the ongoing reopening will help provide some peace of mind and support as we all enjoy the opportunity to use the facilities to more full effect. Thanks to all for keeping the show on the road!

Love the club! Great to be back. Would be cool to have a few heavier dumbbells in the weights room beside reception! Sometimes the benches upstairs are all taken, so nice to have the overflow or option!

Staff are great as always. Ensuring that equipment is always working and anything worn is quickly replaced.

Only issue at the moment is the time slots. They should be either extended or removed all together. Understand reason why they were input however think it is actually worse in peak hours - we are like a herd of cattle outside waiting to go in, and there is no space on gym floor, where I believe if went back to Business as usual this would be prevented.

Great support during lockdowns. Only suggestion is that sometimes you might consider having a music free hour in the gym so that we could get a break from the gym music!!

In general more of the most popular dumbbells 5/7.5/10/12.5 would be reaĺy useful upstairs as would more 10kg plates

A fair few people still arent wiping down equipment after use which is a problem. And one customer dring the 2 45pm slot dueing the week seems to be bringing coffees with him to the main weights area which is an accident waiting to happen,

Will be great when timeslots are removed though and overall youre doing great work

Please increase opening hours on weekends too. Not everyone go out and have fun. Some only get time on weekends for exercise
