Can you consider reopening the sauna and steam room to those who can prove with evidence that they have had their vaccination doses when you reopen. I miss them.
I don't know I would only go to the gym for the aerial classes and the swim pool but as the aerial classes have been cancelled since the first lockdown and are probably not coming back I need to discuss about my current membership as is too expensive for me to only use the pool.
I think you are doing a great job. Very happy with how everything was handle. Safety was practiced, staff are wonderful and communication in membership and opening has been brilliant.
I thought the booking system worked well. Longer opening hours on weekends maybe as numbers per hour are reduced.

Adding more machines
I think you're doing a wonderful job with both the online resources during lockdown and the safety precautions when the gym was open. Perhaps you could offer somewhat personalised home workout plans - something similar to the plan review that you offer, but taking into account the limited equipment a customer might have at hom and how to utilise it for best results.

Continue restricting the number of people who can attend during certain periods and insist that people book in advance, this worked well before.

Continue to communicate with your members periodically and keep them motivated during such a difficult period where outdoor training can also be very challenging due to the weather conditions.
I mainly use the club for the swimming pool, so there is not much you can do about that during the Covid lockdown. When the club reopens the best thing you could do is to provide for social distancing in the changing rooms - not easy I know but maybe there should be cubicles. I do like the present open arrangement but maybe this will have to be sacrificed.
Having an access to the workouts and some guidance is great while in a full lockdown. Once re-opened it would be great to have classes back open with smaller amounts of people. making people spray and clean equipment as before is perfect.
Staff and facilities also classes
Ensure social distancing is in place, spaces are sanitized frequently and limited number of people is allowed in the gym
Pool only membership would be great.
Top quality gym, friendly staff. I always feel motivated to keep fit.
