The 1escape gym in Smithfield has been doing everything it can during the recent Covid pandemic keeping the gym clean and safe and the staff are super friendly and always there to answer any questions and to help you to achieve your goals. The facility is very good and recently had new equipment added so well done with that. Its not the cheapest of gyms but its in a perfect location for me and the facilities are exactly what I need. Anyone living this side of town who can afford to pay a higher price than some of the other less equipped gyms should definitely look here.

Barbara is an excellent Zumba teacher.
The coaches are so great (especially Barbara!), there are a lot of machines and you have space to use them. Lots of classes to choose from, the sauna is awesome and the way you handled the covid was helping us feel comfortable
