Barbara is an excellent Zumba teacher.
The coaches are so great (especially Barbara!), there are a lot of machines and you have space to use them. Lots of classes to choose from, the sauna is awesome and the way you handled the covid was helping us feel comfortable

A wonderful gym with the best classes, equipment, sauna, pool etc. They strive to introduce new classes and the latest gym equipment. What makes One escape outstanding is their wonderful staff. From the welcome at the reception desk, to their friendly experienced trainers and all the staff that keeps the gym running and spotlessly clean. In Covid times they introduced all safety measures to keep their members safe and the gym open. In lockdown they continue their online classes which only proves they always have their members welfare at stake. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!

Its 4th year in row since I joined one escape. Wonderful atmosphere and variety of equipment kept me moving and never got bored. Spa and Pool area is amazing.
All your zoom classes at the moment plus use of gym floor.
