I think the main reason for my rating is Mike Lausten. The products are good, the installation goes smooth but the way that Mike walks you through what the product can do, what's the value of it and really explain everything in detail, that makes the difference. His selling attitude is also spot on, yes, he is selling a product but doesnt push more than what he needs to. He listens and makes sure he goes through every single question or concern you might have. This 10 is for Culligan but I would give Mike a 20 as a customer representative.
