When I needed a replacement for the old system, sales person listed to what I wanted and provided it. A bit disappointed that the acid neutralizer isn't something I can refill myself as I do the salt but, sigh, I guess you need $$$ too.

Now that we’re in our senior years, we absolutely appreciate the delivery service of our salt and the water softener that was installed never fails us. The delivery people are polite and always considerate and putting on foot coverings to protect our carpet on the basement. If it wasn’t for the service of delivery, we probably would not be capable of bringing in salt to our water softener.
Ever since we switched to Culligan Water, we have had nothing but good service. The people at the office who take your order and help you out with any questions you have are phenomenal. We talked to the group out of Annapolis and even their driver that delivers the water it has such courtesy and care and delivers always on time. I highly recommend Culligan Water for your water needs. The ladies in the office in Annapolis are so kind and they always keep me up-to-date on any changes that may be. I highly recommend Culligan Water.

You guys are very easy to deal with. If I need more bottles or less I can change. But I also have the ability to come pick up an extra bottle or bottles if I need to. That is so awesome and convenient.
System was only installed three weeks ago so it's hard to tell about reliability but installation went well.
