The only frustration I’ve had is having to explain any specific problems to a person who is good at making appointments but doesn’t seem to have any functional understanding of what I’m trying to describe. Twice that I can immediately think of, I explained a specific problem and the technician showed up without any notation of the issue or knowledge of a problem that might require a specific part or piece of equipment.
Thankfully, the technicians have been clever or lucky enough to be able to solve the issues with equipment on hand or available from my workshop.
When I called, I actually got to speak to a human, who was friendly, efficient! Tech arrived on time, knew exactly what to do, and fixed the problem in a short time.
