The fact that you deliver and fill my water softener. I am not able to do that myself due to age and being too short to lift up the bag.
I am 78 years old, 130 lbs, and have difficulty carrying the heavy bags of salts into the house and down a flight of stairs to the filtration system. The technicians have been so helpful with this task. Also they text in advance of their arrival, so I'm able to get my large dogs crated before they enter the house. The system itself has been terrific in filtering the sulfur aroma and iron contents of the groundwater out.
