Dalton, our service tech, tested the water being filtered by Culligan’s filters and only replaced the one that needed it. No upselling. Also, he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Curt, the technician who was sent out to service our water softener was incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable and communicative! He explained everything he was going to do to assess the situation and how he was going to fix it- and did so quickly, left no mess and was so very nice! Highly recommend!

I like the idea of delivery for water. The convience and not wanting to buy bottled water in small size . Not good for the environment.

We appreciate that the person delivering the salt takes the bags to our basement rather than dropping it off outside leaving it for us to take it to our basement.
In addition, we appreciate that periodically a service person comes out to check the quality of the water and make any changes that may need to be adjusted.
