And we really appreciate all of the expertise awesome customer service skills and just that he's a genuinely nice man. I love when I call that they say who do I have the pleasure of speaking with I think that's a very warm and welcoming touch. All of the people that I have spoken with on the phone are extremely customer service focused they are. Attentive to detail and they just do a fabulous job I call every month and pay my bill over the phone and have excellent service each and every time. I wouldn't go to anyone else but Culligan for our water needs. I have recently converted a friend of mine Janice Tousley and she is very pleased with Adam as well thanks me all the time for recommending him to be her Culligan man! The equipment works well, the service is going well.
Culligan gives plenty of notice when they will be in my neighborhood to replenish my salt. They respond immediately to my texts, are friendly, always do what they say and make the experience of completing service as easy as humanly possible. GREAT company.
