We love the water. It's safe to drink and we know that it won't have things in it like faucet water. The service is great.Jane is very nice and the gentleman bringing the water really help us by putting the water where it is and also putting a jug on top of the water system. My husband is ill and I can't really do much either. Thankyou so much for helping us ,highly recommend them

The technicians I've dealt with are all knowledgeable and courteous and we've had Culligan for over 30 years.
I have only had my Culligan service for a week so it is too early for a full review. As far as water quality, I feel it definitely has made a difference. I would like to comment on the experience with the representative, Gary Restanio, that came to the house to explain the service and test my water. Gary was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and did not present a pushy sales pitch. Gary provided information so that I could make an informed decision to get the proper system for what my wife and I were concerned with in our water. After installation Gary came back to do a follow up test on the water, observe the result of the technicians installation and to make sure we were satisfied. The technician that installed the system, Sky, was also friendly, personable, polite, neat and knowledgeable. He worked to make sure that my system was installed where and how I requested. It took a little time and patience which he displayed. Thank you!

I generally get a phone call the day before because I have to leave the big garage door open as it is the only entrance. I did not get a call this time, so I REALLY APPRECIATE that he knocked on the front door and didn't just leave as had happened a long time ago. I felt sorry that he was having to hand carry him, and we talked about taking care of our bags. Sorry, I don't remember his name, but very nice. Thank you.
Also, I got the email again this month showing that I had a bill to pay even though I am set-up on auto pay. I didn't think I was supposed to get that. Thank you .

Service man is punctual. Delivery is reliable to a window of time on my delivery days. Always greeted with a smile, and all bottles are carried in and placed on rack. I order the spring water and am pleased with quality.
