I have been a customer of Culligan Water Conditioning of Salinas over 20 years now, and have only experienced consistent delivery service and reliability. I have never had to contact Customer Service other than having to change the expiration date of my credit card on file.

Great service and convenience
We like your products, your delivery process and the feasibility of being able to talk to a representative as necessary to reschedule when necessary.
They work well. The service people who come every few months are friendly and efficient . The price for the water softener rental is very reasonable. We are 100% satisfied and it is nice that we don't have to worry about providing our own salt.
