Great soft water and getting rid of the iron, rust. Also nice with the salt delivery and they dump it in as being in our 80's it is to difficult to lift the bags of salt. GOOD JOB!

My experience with Culigan was great from the beginning. Sales person Jeff came out explained all options. Tested the water. Day of install was on Saturday. They made it happen even though Saturdays they don’t install. Tech was Radames Resto. Amazing install. Radames explained everything before leaving. Clean and professional install. Very professional. 100% recommend to anyone needing filtration.
The young man who delivered my salt pellets traveled through the snow and cheerfully left the three bags near the door. A friendly outlook makes a world of difference.

I appreciate the timely appointment once I contacted your office. The gentleman was very kind and explained what he was doing. He removed his shoes when he arrived, shared with me that if the issue wasn't fixed - they would returned at no charge. Pleased with the water softener that I purchased and appreciated him lubing it so it will maintain its longevity.
