I know the value of having "soft" water. I've had a water softener all the fifty years I have lived here. For a brief period of time I had another brand softener because it was less expensive. However, it didn't work well and I had to make frequent service calls to get it running again. I am happy to have the option of renting a softener so I don't have to be concerned about maintenance of the system. My rental works well without problems and keeps my water the way I like it. I am pleased I can ask for salt to be delivered and put into the salt tank at a reasonable price. The people at Culligan have been dependable and pleasant to work with.

Service technician is always helpful and product works well.
