The only problem I'm having is that I never learned how to reset or set the time on the conditioner that provides me with soft water. Instead of it backwashing in the middle of the night, it is now doing it in the middle of the day.

Service is very good. We know our route/area persons. When we first moved here several years ago and started a new set up, we had the pleasure of meeting our Representative, Jonny Pruiett. He has been an amazing representative for us from the beginning. Also Mark who installed and services our equipment or checks on it if we have concern or issues. They both take the time to answer all our questions.
We also like our delivery person who and I am sorry to say I can’t remember his name right now, but he is great and is always nice

Salt delivery is a great service especially for those that cannot carry those heavy salt bags. They carry them down to the basement and fill the salt container and will leave extra if we need them too! Always courteous and text when they are on their way. Highly recommend.
