Happy to have soft water in Beavercreek. Also love our RO system. Our equipment is 14 years old now. I’m so very grateful to the salesperson who all those years ago suggested putting the salt tank in our garage! So much easier than carrying bags to the basement.

Customer Service has been outstanding. In instances where circumstances delayed service to our area for any extended period of time, mangement has cared enough to respond and sometimes offer credit to our account for interruptions in service.
We rent our equipment. Ocassionally, there are issues with parts that need attention. When technicians come to the house for regular maintenance or for repairs, they text in advance to let us know they are on their way and their service on the spot is friendly and professional.
