Service man was polite, professional, and very tidy. He carried the salt downstairs, checked the salt level in my tank and emptied a bag into it. He was very helpful.

The yearly service we had done on our Culligan water softner was very good. They were on time which is nice and given a 2 hour window of when they would arrive is always nice. The person that did the check up was very nice and was good about updating me on the condition of our water softener.
