The salt delivery is a great tool except the driver should let the customer know when they arrive. I recently received a salt delivery, and the delivery person did not acknowledge his arrival and so we did not know he was here until we seen him leaving. You provide a discount for four bag delivery and he only used three bags. Had I known he was here I would have had him leave the 4th bag so that I received the discount.
The repair technician that came the other day was very polite and explained what our problem was and gave advice as to remedy that situation in the future if it would happen again. Was very pleased with him.
I like how you carry the salt in the basement and add it for me.

I have been very satisfied with the water quality in my home after installing equipment from Culligan. I find the customer service to be excellent: telephone calls are either answered or returned quickly; salt delivery has been timely and the drivers polite and efficient; recent annual service calls were performed by James, and he has always been timely, efficient, and answers any questions or concerns I raise.
Phone calls are answered by a friendly person who conveys our messages to the right person. The delivery man is always friendly and works hard to provide our needed softener salt. Everything is dependable about Culligan.

We love it. However, we recently had an problem
We have had Culligan service for a while now. We love it!..However, I had been noticing that we were not using salt. Then we realized that the salt was dry.
We called and you sent Adrian to work on it. We were told that it had not been working for around 130 days. No wonder the water had been tasting funny and I was getting hard water marks in the pot and shower.
I am asking you to consider giving us some kind of refund, as we didn’t have the service that we were paying for.
We love the HO water and having the soft water helps keep things from corrosion.

Agustins service was good. He knows what he is doing.
I realized my feedback from the initial servicing and instillation never posted. Brenda was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable when working with us to get everything in order for initial installation. 10/10 would work with her again.
During installation we had Gary come by. He was professional, knowledgeable, and and super helpful during the installation process with any questions we had.
They do what has to be done, however I had a service call recently and the problem was not corrected.im at Phone number removed
Culligan's customer service is hands down the best I have ever dealt with. Not only is the office staff friendly, but their technicians are polite, professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I've needed them for service, same day seems to be the norm.
