Our clothes washes at least 6 loads a week and our dishwasher runs about every other day. Showers daily of all three of us. I have the water system hooked to my well. I maintain it monthly, it's simple. Any thing that needs to be fixed I call and they come out and fix it. They also explain how I can do that by ordering my parts on Amazon to save me money and labor costs from Culligan.

I have a great service man but I had a whole house water system and it's no longer serviced I think Culligan stopped being a provider? It's unfortunate because I have rusty water and the product I use helps but doesn't eliminate the contaminants.

Chris has singlehandedly given me rationale for staying with Culligan, even through the pandemic/post-pandemic difficulties the Dayton office obviously endured. (I say this based on personal observation and experience outside Chris' influence). He is a pleasant person and a knowledgeable, thorough technician. Most importantly, I believe he cares about my wellbeing and the importance good water has on my life. I wish more service people were like Chris, with an ethic that places value above profit.
