I love that Brad told us that the softener that was already installed in our house from the previous owners was one of the best we could get and didn't try to upsell us to a newer model. It made me really trust that I was getting what I needed when I added an RO filter and carbon filter to complete the system. Now I'm totally spoiled by my water quality at home! I can immediately taste and feel the difference when I use water elsewhere.
