Actually I want to comment on the technician that performed the maintenace on our system! What a pleasure! He was polite, punctual and explained clearly what he did and that everything was working as it should. He was neatly dressed with a clean uniform, and spoke inteligently, and answered my questions patiently.
Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but please, figure it out and give this young man a promotion and a raise.

My problem is that we had Culligan water softener replaced after they could get it repaired over 2 months ago.
We were still having issues with rust with new Culligan water softener, so called office for a service call on Tuesday. Doug?, - service tech arrived on Thursday around 8:00 and confirmed that new softener hadn't regenerated in over 70+ days. He replaced a part and reprogrammed the unit so it would go over 10 days without regenerating.
We are happy with both Culligan salt delivery as well their quick response to schedule service calls.
If new Culligan water softener was not performing every 900 gallons procedure for over 70+ days should there be some of compensation considered for no soften water being generated?

Our very hard water in gilroy does not leave a deposit on our faucets or drains. Our water "feels good", not drying to the skin.

My parents used Culligan water softener tanks and I continued after I moved here in 2006. I added a water cooler and water delivery. They are always friendly, reliable and great to work with. Although they discontinued the tanks and my water drains won’t handle a regular softener I still use their bottled water delivery.

I, I like that p is always on his always, he's on his schedule. I can always depend on him to be there. He's always incredibly friendly of it's good to talk with him, but uh yeah, just that the job will get done. And he's, he's responsible loyal and all that good stuff.
