Great tasting water and delivery is always as scheudled.
I have probably been a CULLIGAN customer for over 20 years. I love having cold water available from my water cooler whenever I want a glass! My family has learned to prefer CULLIGAN instead of drinking tap water so I share with them.
I also love the fact that the drivers carry my jugs of water up to my 4th floor condo unit and bring it inside. IT is a service that I require as a senior so I am happy that they will do that.
Reputation and standing behind your product. Longevity - It took 16 years before I had to replace out water softener - our first non Culligan one lasted only 5 years.
Our Sales Rep, Nicole is very knowledgeable on the Water Softener & RO System, she tested our exiting water faucet and explain all details very clearly, and it's great to have a referral discount.
