water is delivered right at my door. I, the customer, chose how many bottles of water to deliver. Also they communicate by text if delivery date will change and when they will be delivering. The water itself has no after taste and is very clear.

I like the text message and phone call reminder when the next delivery is expected. Our lives are so busy the reminders are great.
Culligan is always prompt and friendly. We just moved into this house, so they took a look at the water softener to see if it needs a full inspection. They provide service monthly and are always friendly and check the water.
This morning, culligan’s service was excellent and very pleasant. The technicians explained what needed replacing based on the situation, leaving me with many options. They also informed us about the water quality in different areas, and we learned a great deal about water resources.
