I had a great experience with Brian from Culligan customer service. He was very helpful with my under-sink water filtration system and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all my questions about the filters, maintenance, and how the system works. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and the useful information he gave me. The fact I don’t have to do anything at all with it they come take care of it. They add the salt to it. All I have to do is pay the bill, which is nice at my age. I’m getting older and it’s hard to lift up the salt bags so thank you for your service would definitely recommend
