Originally told delivery would be within 7 days, which would have put it on Nov. 26 as I called and ordered on Nov. 19 before the snow storm. Actually delivered on Dec. 4 after the storm, so I shoveled a path and cleaned off the tank for them. I am 81, lol.

There is a little disconnect between the office and the customer. I was told because I recommended your company and you gained a customer i would be given some money off on my next bill. Actually it was the woman, Lesley Hickman, who told me that. I am guess you just forgot that part.
