The communication is great. The people that I have dealt with are always professional and friendly. Everyone has gone out of their way to be informative and helpful. This is really crucial when you live in Florida and your summer house is in New York. The remote monitoring sensor that they installed last year has given us real piece of mind. Saves asking a family member drive three or more hours round trip to check the propane tank level.

It would be nice to be refilled at 30% rather than down to 19-21%. I also did not receive a bill letting me know how many gallons I received only an email with total cost. I prefer to see all of my charges
