Reasonably priced. Office personal attentive, easy to talk to and accommodating. Technician on time, respectful, explained cleaning in what ever detail requested, immediately alerted me to spot cleaning issues presenting optional approaches with trade offs. When finished, I was completely satisficed with the results. No harsh chemicals used. All carpeting was completely clean, only slightly wet with nothing but fresh water smell. Carpeting completely dry in only 4 hours. Wonderful experience from first contact to completion.

I had three rooms and one stair staircase cleaned on June 28th. I was out of town for the week immediately following so finally following up. Invoice #: 24403 – The service provider was professional and recommended I update the service for a special pet stain treatment as well as high traffic area upgrade. After spending almost $500, I am very unhappy with how the carpets turned out. The gentleman pointed out two stains that he couldn’t get up but after I let the rugs dry for 24 hours and was able to look, i could see there are several areas that did not look any better and overall for $500 cleaning with all the extras could have done better. Even little spots, not stains, I can still see which I assume with even a basic carpet cleaning service should have come up. I would like to try this again and have someone back out treat these areas. I was very hopeful and think a better job could be done. I will note that the staircase turned out well but the three rooms (two small bedrooms and the primary) I think should look way better after a professional cleaning with $200+ of add on/extras for stain treatment and high traffic area treatment.

The products do just what Jarrett said they would do .

The steps had these terrible black marks on them and he said the spray he had would take care of them

The service by the technician who came to our house was exceptional, and very respectful and helpful.

The tech was super friendly and very helpful with the services we needed.

The individual who did the cleaning for me was very courteous and arrived on time. However, after the couch dried, I noticed some of the small spots reappeared. I have moved since that time and don't have time to worry about it now.

The fast response and quality of work make for an excellent service. You guys are the best!

I was misquoted the price I was told hallways were included in my quote, and when the technician got here he said that my hallways were a special situation, which there's absolutely nothing special about them. My room was 45 ft bigger 10 to 300 that's included in a room, so I got charged another room. I believe that since I got charged another room for 45 ft, The hallway and a small walk-in closet should have been included after that.

I loved that y’all called and showed up exactly when you said you would I love that yall didn’t wear shoes or feet covered in house and guy was great. Disappointed in the couch cleaning. The couch looks ok except the arms on corners, just doesn’t look like it was cleaned. I was able to get more off w/ just 1 quick spray and wash and I didn’t even scriub it.

Carpets did not have a smell prior to cleaning, but smell bad after cleaning. I called back and was told another product needs to be used that I need to pay for. I have scheduled the second cleaning and will pay the agreed upon price, but I will never use your services again nor recommend this company to anyone.

I expected that my carpet will be stain free but most of the stains still there

I think I was overcharged for the grout seal which I didn’t realize until after the technician left I thought he said it was per square foot which would have been $66 but looks like he just doubled my bill and charged me an extra $200. That isn’t sitting well with me and feels like a gauge. Felt like a few areas were missed in the shower and can’t tell a big difference. For $400 I would definitely not do this again.
