I wish the person on the phone who scheduled my appointment had clarified that a sectional is more expensive than a couch. She did not ask me what kind of couch I had when I said I wanted to have my couch clean, so when the service man came he told me its more expensive, and I wasn't budgeting for that.
That said, the service was excellent by Luis. He did a great job and was super professional.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about LUIS and how lucky we were to have him service our carpets. He is knowledgeable, efficient, highly intelligent and personable. Luis managed to remove stains i thought we were destined to live with. Our carpet is old and should be replaced. However, we are also “old-er” and dread the thought of having go through moving furniture, emptying breakables from buffets, etc., that would be required in order to install new carpet. Somehow, LUIS THE MAGICIAN, made our old carpet look…well, not new…that would be impossible…yet, when he was through, it certainly didn’t look as old as it is and so many of the those stains were gone. Zerorez has wonderful customer service and are easy to deal with regarding scheduling, payment, etc. If you are in search of a carpet cleaning business guaranteed to provide excellent results, I highly recommend ZEROREZ.

I like clean carpets with no residual chemical odor

Having cleaned my own carpets at home for years, I decided to delegate it out this time because it is generally a full day job for me. In the end, I’m not especially satisfied with the results, especially given the cost, compared to cleaning the carpets myself. In particular, the stairway where I paid for high traffic cleaning was left sodden wet the first time and dried with brownish/rust-colored drips and water stains. I requested a re-service and you all happily came back out to try to make it right, which I appreciated. The second clean job on the stairs was much better, but after drying, they still have some of those water stains and spots from the initial cleaning that haven’t been there when I’ve cleaned them myself at home. Maybe this is unusual, but it’s the main reason I wouldn’t be likely to recommend your service to a friend.
There is one other, smaller reason. My husband and I took the time to move every piece of moveable furniture or decor from the carpets to be cleaned prior to the service, except two very basic floor lamps in the rooms with no ceiling lighting. I know the prep info says that the technicians will not move furniture, but I was unpleasantly surprised that they didn’t even move the lamps to clean under them. It might be helpful to specify that even very small items will not be moved for cleaning and for you to plan to provide your own light in those rooms during the cleaning if they need to be moved by the owners.

Zerorez was great!! We had them clean three things: 1 - our master bedroom area carpet (not wall to wall, but sisal-looking tan wool with boarders), 2 - the stained, kid and dog trodden carpeted stairs that go to our basement, and 3 - the grout in the main floor bathroom. Our technician was excellent - thorough, diligent, and very nice. In the master BR, the results were like getting a new carpet. On the stairs there were stains everywhere - we were literally doing this cleaning as a last ditch effort before just replacing it. But now they look great! No replacement needed - at least for a while. For the grout, we just updated that bathroom and had to replacing some, but not all, of the floor tile, so the grout was new and white in places and older and dirty in others. We had them try to even it out and it looks great! We are pleased.

Hi, your company was recommended to me by the previous owner of this house. This was my first time using your service and I'm disappointed. It only took the technicians 20 minutes to do three rooms and stairs. Which was fast. They did not take their time.
They missed obvious spots, telling me they can't be lifted. I just used a home handheld carpet cleaner and spot treated the spots they missed. They lifted easily.
They did not clean the carpet under the curtains in the one of the bedrooms. All they had to do was lift the curtain a little bit to do so. Missed a big yellow spot under a chair. All they had to do was move the chair. They never asked me to remove/move any furniture from the floor for easier cleaning. They just cleaned around things and did not move them.
I would like a partial refund.

Jarrett did a great job explaining everything and getting the carpet really clean. The true test will be whether or not my allergies act up as my apartment is the only place I have allergic reactions.
The second test will be whether or not the protectant keeps liquids from absorbing into the carpet.

Was on time did their job cleaned the couch and chair friendi
Not only did the tech show up 4 hours late- he did not do a thorough job. The first thing he said when he walked in was that his back was killing (which I empathized with) but it showed in how he cleaned because I realized after he left that he didn't move anything in the bedrooms- including the plastic office chair mat- he cleaned around it. My wood bench was either not moved or if he did move it there were no plastic papers under the feet to be sure they didn't bleed into the wet rug. He did not do a thorough job on the couch and I had to ask him to repeat the cushions because they were not even damp. I was very unhappy with the entire service. I would like half of my money refunded.

The quality of the work is exceptional. Our carpets look like new, especially compared to those small areas that we did not have cleaned.
