Your technician Jarrett was the consummate professional. He assessed the situation quickly and determined that he needed different equipment than he had thought. He was prepared for the difference and immediately set to work on the disinfecting and cleaning of the horribly stained and reeking travertine. Jarrett went above and beyond what was necessary several times. He left surrounding areas clean and without a trace of his work.

The products that he used are amazing. The stains are significantly reduced and the smell is 100% dissipated. The room has been transformed. To top it off, he sealed the surfaces of the travertine to help prevent reabsorption of any possible future stains.

I plan to hire Zerorez for other tough stains in my house.

Streaks all over carpet, areas completely missed looks worse then prior to the “cleaning” went thru rooms so fast, edges of carpet not touched Horrible will need to call another company to redo carpet and hopefully get streaks out that were not there before Rip off

I’ve used Zerorez several times. I have always been pleased and have even referred them to my family. This time was different. I will caveat my comments with this, I do not know with any certainty that the technician did a poor job, but his is just my perception.

The technician was on property for all of about 45 minutes. This was a 5 room cleaning special. The tech got through the master bedroom so fast that it caught my attention as being weird. So I timed him while he completed the dinning room, oversized living room, the hallway and the guest bedroom. All of that took him only 15 minutes to clean. So in total he spent 20 minutes actually cleaning the carpet. The rest of the time was prep and pack up of his tools.

My concern is that the carpet was not thoroughly cleaned. My carpet is not stained. I’m a regular customer of professional cleaning, but since Covid I have not had my carpets cleaned in a few years. I wanted a good deep cleaning to ensure that the carpet was truly clean.

When the tech finished there were no typical lines in the carpet. What I call the freshly cleaned carpet waves usually left by the extraction tool. It looked no different than when I vacuum. The carpet was slightly damp, as it should be, but now I’m starting to question the quality of work performed.

Once he finished my family and I left the house so it could dry. When we returned the carpet was completely dry. There was no fresh “clean” smell in the house. Which I also felt was weird as that is typically the case after a good cleaning.

I’m not sure what to think now. The carpet may very well be clean. I have no way of knowing. But my perception of Zerorez has changed. What I once thought was a great company for carpet cleaning needs, has me now thinking of going with someone else next time. Now I’m questioning if I was taken advantage of.

I don’t know what could be done to make things right. I don’t know that anything was done wrong. It’s just my perception that it was a very fast and possibly less than thorough job. Not what I was hoping for and definitely not worth the $400 cost.

Mr. Garrett was very professional and did a good job. He offered recommendations and ensure I understood my carpet care for the drying process and future cleanings.

Better communication on details of work, proactive work, having shoe covers when doing the work. The agent didn’t take time to complete the task. He was finished in less than an hour. Overall not satisfied with the quality of work or communication.
