Fantastic job! Our carpets have never been so clean! We especially liked that the treatments for high traffic areas and pet spots worked beautifully. We also liked the fresh scent of the treatment products and they did NOT give me a headache. The technicians were professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. The lead technician kept us informed of their progress, what they were applying, and answered all my questions. Our carpets dried quickly and after a quick vacuum looked, smelled and felt fabulous. The response time was so prompt, they came at the beginning of the window of time that was given so I wasn’t left waiting around, the carpet was cleaner than I expected, it dried fast, and the technician was personable and professional. Plus, it was less expensive than the competition I called for price checks! I really have no complaints at all and would use them again!

As far as the services they perform, they did an excellent job however, the second time they came out, they quoted me one price to clean my sectional and ended up doing an additional treatment for odor and didn’t ask me therefore they billed me an additional $60 which I would not have Agreed to. I am on a tight budget right now as I’m moving to Texas this week and beginning my retirement.

Luis arrived when scheduled and cleaned our entire sectional, looks and smells great! Three kids and two dogs had taken their toll, but now it looks brand new! Looking forward to scheduling a deep cleaning of our kitchen tile floor.

Raheem was great and was very attentive to detail. My issue is that there are still multiple stains on my couch. Would recommend in the future Zerorez needs to add stain mechanical agitation to help lift stains. Spraying & extracting is not enough.

Our rugs seriously look no cleaner than before Zerorez came. I will say, I really liked the technician who came, he was very kind and respectful. But it’s pretty hard to swallow how much money we paid and every stain that we wanted cleaned are still very visible and our shag rug looks just as dirty as it did before. Maybe the technique needs to be improved? I don’t know. Very disappointed
