I've used Zerorez several times. The most recent time there were a few areas that still looked dirty. I called and explained the situation. They sent the gentleman back out to redo it and he resolved it by going over the dirty spots again. I am very happy with this company. I will continue to hire them in the future!

Returned at our request due to some areas having streaks. They came back and corrected the concern and all looks great. They never questioned my concern like most companies would have done. Really impressed with customer service.

Streaks were left on carpet (someone already coming to hopefully resolve), the pre spray was super highly fragranced and did not like the smell, also was blue and I swear some areas now have a slight greenish tint. One area not cleaned well at all. No foam blocks offered to put under furniture feet, had to use my own blankets and towels. My husband said he feels like the carpet us now “sticky”. Not near as satisfied as last time I used company. Will wait to leave public review until I see how tomorrow morning goes at revisit.

This is the second time that I have used Zeroez services and will continue to use their services. Good work and good prices.

I chose Zerorez based on their strong online ratings, but my experience didn’t live up to the reviews.
They arrived 3-4 hours earlier than our agreed time, explaining they had to accommodate a “commercial client". We had to rush to move furniture and adjust plans to fit their schedule. Once they arrived, they recommended adding a high-traffic area cleaning for an extra $80, on top of the $170 charge for just two bedrooms (not the full apartment just the bedrooms). Trusting their expertise, we agreed.
The entire cleaning took barely 15-20 minutes, which felt rushed ( past experience took ~45min) , but I assumed they were efficient. After waiting 24 hours for the carpets to dry as per their advise, we were disappointed to see that the results were no better than previous, much cheaper cleanings, and even left areas by the door not cleaned properly. The $80 “extraction” fee felt completely unnecessary.
On top of that, despite their “green and chemical-free” claim, they used a fragranced product without asking, which triggered allergies in our home.
We called them to share our feedback, they offered to redo the cleaning, but only after we’d already put all our furniture back, making it impractical. No partial refund was offered for the extra charges, although they said they would look into it.
While the staff were polite, the service felt overpriced and underwhelming. I’d recommend asking for full transparency on extra charges and thinking twice about the “extraction” upsell.

Your technician Jarrett was the consummate professional. He assessed the situation quickly and determined that he needed different equipment than he had thought. He was prepared for the difference and immediately set to work on the disinfecting and cleaning of the horribly stained and reeking travertine. Jarrett went above and beyond what was necessary several times. He left surrounding areas clean and without a trace of his work.

The products that he used are amazing. The stains are significantly reduced and the smell is 100% dissipated. The room has been transformed. To top it off, he sealed the surfaces of the travertine to help prevent reabsorption of any possible future stains.

I plan to hire Zerorez for other tough stains in my house.
