How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Beyond disappointment, what I needed, who showed up at my door and not ready, etc. and there are multiple reasons. Trust me, if u can. Go with a known name brand to start and ask questions. Who u thought u were hiring is not the company showing up. Starting the process of getting my 75.00 deposit back now. Please consider taking my age, pre / COVID status, education or lack there and being able to connect the dots. Is a survey and a review the same thing? Feeling, no, at this point.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There were pet stains on my wool rug which I was charged for $210. The stains were still there by the time your guy finished the job. The rug was not very wet which I was told that it could shrink if he washed more. If he had told me that wool rug was sensitive and he couldn’t wash thoroughly, I wouldn’t have asked him to wash. The other thing was the deal involved another rug in the sitting room but he misunderstood and washed the mat in front of the door. I told him that It was a machine washable mat so why would I ask him to wash but he refused to wash the rug in the sitting room. There were pet stains there as well and your guy said it was an expensive rug and the stains wouldn’t go. I told him that it was a rug from Walmart for $75 and it was polyester so it was actually very easy to remove the stains there. I ask my cleaning lady to wash the carpets and those wool and polyester rugs with Bissell carpet cleaner all the time and she does a way better job in all the carpets for only $100. Most of the stains in the other rooms remain. I thought you guys would apply different products for pet stains but the products tha I use tor my Bissell carpet cleaner seems to be more effective. I am very disappointed for the money I paid for and the lack of professionality (claiming that the polyester rug is an expensive rug and the stains wouldn’t go). I have three pets at home and I always have my carpets shampoed by cleaning ladies. I thought your products and systems were better but not.

What do you like about our products and services?

We had our living- and dining room carpets cleaned last week, and it was the best job to-date. Our 35-year-old beige carpeting looks like new again and gave our main entryway the re-fresh it needed. Bonus: no harsh chemical residue or odors afterwards - just fresh, light, and clean. Thank you!

Jarrett Franklin was so efficient and explained the process and also offered suggestions that would optimize my service since I have a dog. How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was a reservice appointment. The first technician left a strong chemical residue in our carpets so we requested it be rinsed out. The second technician was not able to rinse out the chemicals and it took over 48 hours to dry even with the use of high powered fans. We are now looked into replacing our carpets because I cannot even go into the rooms the chemicals were sprayed in. At the very least I need a refund.

Did not put deodorizer on carpets I was charged for and stain did not come out very well on area rug, my little Hoover wet vac does a better job

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hello,

I am extremely disappointed with this service and I regret scheduling. I was distracted during the 1 hour service and didn’t realize the horrible chemical smell until after the tech left. We’ve had to leave the windows open all week in very cold weather to try to reduce the fumes, which gave me and my family horrible headaches. I chose this company specifically because the website said no harsh chemicals would be used and no residue would be left. I requested not to use any of the harsh stain removers that were recommended. I suspect the tech uses the same spray bottle to apply stain remover and degreaser (that state they require PPE to apply) at a prior job as he did to apply the basic formula in our home but I can’t be sure what went wrong. I cannot even go into the rooms that were “cleaned.” Essentially the carpet is way worse than before the service and I likely will need to have another company come and attempt to rinse out all the chemicals or attempt to do it myself. The tech was very kind and arrived on time and did the job as expected. I doubt he knew he was spraying strong chemicals all over our home. Maybe better training is required to avoid mixing these chemicals with a solution we were supposed to have applied that the website claims is so safe the tech can drink it? Would warn family and friends away and I regret trusting this company with my carpets, some of which were only a year old and may need replaced now.
