When I scheduled my cleaning, I was told my slot was 8-10. The email confirming my reservation also said 8-10. I called at 930 to ask where the cleaner was and was told that my slot was 10-12. Extremely disappointing and screwed up my day because I had to accommodate a different time than what I had planned for. Equipment fee is also bogus. Would definitely not recommend this company and will not use this company again.

I was stunned by how much dirt Jarrett got up when he cleaned our hardwood floors. They look great!

The reality is that I did not want to go through the hassle of having them stripped and stained—especially with doggy nails, grandchildren, the dust, and the expense. While this cleaning did not make them look brand new, they sure do look so much better.

Jarrett from ZeroRez showed up on time, spent about two hours cleaning the floors, and did a fantastic job. While it’s not cheap, I always feel that their charges are reasonable, and the cleaning makes the whole house feel more like home.

Dawn is always pleasant when I call to schedule and does her best to accommodate me.

The technician was great, the work was completed in an excellent manner and he was professional and represented the company well.

Overall my experience was mixed. I worked with Dawn and she was great with communication and customer service. We have a boucle couch and had just gone through a move so were needing a couch cleaning. We couldn't really tell how well the couch how been cleaned until after it dried and it was left with a lot of dirty areas. I called Dawn to see if a tech could come out to help resolve the rest of these spots. In many area is was as if the areas weren't cleaned at all or the dirt was drug to those areas from the cleaning and kind of pooled there. I called Dawn and she happily sent someone out to try to fix the spots, but at the end of it the tech told us it was normal wear and tear on the couch, which didn't make any sense and were also told that some of the dark spots must have been where our dogs were laying, but we don't allow our dogs on the furniture and I expressed this to him. He had stated, oh well I'm not sure, I just can't get it out. Although it hadn't been there prior to the cleaning. I have used Zerorez a few times living in CO and now in VA, but wasn't very happy with the outcome of this service. I am not sure if I will be using again.

The Tech was very knowledgeable and professional explaining the process, and addressing our specific cleaning needs. He did an excellent job cleaning our entire home carpets.

I had two large rugs cleaned. The pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. They came when I asked. My rugs look beautiful!!!! This is the second time I’ve used this company and I will again!!

This was our second time using your services and we would highly recommend. Technician was on time, thorough and explained the options and why would should add them to our service. No pressure in adding, but gave us valid reasons and so we added them.

Have mentioned to our realtor as well as the realtor we were renting from. They were all amazed at how the carpets looked. Have also recommended to friends. Our new place has only hardwood so we might not need services at the moment, but will also remember if we do.
