Definitely would recommend this service. No smells no residue. My carpet feels fluffier and the service was great. 100% recommend.

The man who serviced our home was kind and efficient. But I did feel he came in with a strong plan to voice a smell issue before even entering. It got to a point that it was borderline insulting. Our home is beyond clean and empty of furniture. On a professional level, I feel he could have sold the $60 PER ROOM (I was under the impression that it was only an additional $60 to our 414.) if he was more patient and direct. II would NEVER have chosen 6spaces. He would have had a much more satisfied customer if he allowed me to think it over and pick a couple rooms. Over 700 is outrageous

They do an amazing job in getting your rugs looking good and clean in a short period of time at a reasonable price. There is no problem in getting an appointment.

Extremely professional and provided us with information that we previously had not been aware. Our sofas and chair should be dry cleaned, which they did. The technician carefully read the furniture tags. The results were wonderful.

I have used you many times but this time i was so dissapointed by the service i received they complained i had to many steps almost let my cat out and left the cat puke and laundry detergent stains still remaining . And carpet was dry . I used them for many years . They lacked customer service

When the service man called in with a problem which would take time to solve whoever he talked to said walk away because there was a bigger job waiting. They tried. To dismiss me as unimportant. They told him that I wouldn’t have to pay. Of course not bec he didn’t want the man to finish the work

Zerorez has consistently done a good job of communicating price packages and convenient appointments. I like the way they reminded me of what we had done last year. Raheem Richardson arrived right on time and did an outstanding job.

Appointment was set up quickly and the technician arrived on time. The technician was polite, had a good knowledge of the product and explained procedures very well. The job was done quickly and the results were better than I had expected. I would recommend the company and the technician and would use them again.

Jarrett arrived on time, was knowledgeable about the services he could provide and did an excellent job cleaning my area rugs. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
