Customer Testimonials
It's rare to find pilates equipment classes for such a reasonable price! I appreciate how accessible the classes are and how kind and skilled the staff are.
I thought the teacher Sara was very good and handled the beginner class well.
My disappointment with Pilate V is the billing. Unfortunately the website said that I had rejected the new client special of 139 dollars for the first month which was annoying and now I can’t get that price, but then also in class talking with people they had gotten all these deals with Groupon. I would have considered signing up after my trial class but now I am going to check out some other studios in the area and perhaps get a new client special with them as I would like to try Pilates classes to add to my workouts. I presently run and do yoga but want to build some core strength.
Great instructors, lots of class options and times. I like that I can go to any of the locations on my monthly membership. Support staff really responsive to any questions I had.
The hours, training routines, the facilities, but most importantly the partners and the trainers. I would not be a partner if it were not for the last two, the human component is what continues to make a difference for me . Thank you M3
Awesome selection of classes at varied times at several different studios make scheduling a class super easy and convenient to my schedule. Terrific instructors that really know their stuff. :)
Your instructors
Coaches. Positive environment. Goal setting.
It gives a good work out. Class size is appropriate, the instructors are great and it is close to home.
I really like my private instruction with Monica. She is professional, knowledgeable & encouraging.
Cleanliness and staff
Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Customer service reps are always available and ready to answer your questions, and the instructions are so warm and welcoming. My experience with Pilates V has been great so far!
I love the way that you can bring Pilates “to the masses” in this very inexpensive and efficient way! Best thing iI’ve done for myself in years!
Here’s the review I recently posted on Yelp:
I have been part of Method3 Fitness for about 9 months. I do one on one personal training with René Jerka over the weekdays and Shawneci Windell on Saturdays.
René is just amazing! She designs the workouts that meet your fitness goals. She is encouraging, motivating, and even listens to your whining about the hard workout. :) We laugh it off and continue to train! She makes me want to come to the studio even when I am feeling fatigued! Her sessions are fun and always different. During monthly check ins, she gives me tips on how to increase the water intake and small changes I can make to my diet. When I was out on a vacation, she wrote me a workout plan that was easy to follow and helped me continue my weekly workout routine without the gym equipment. I feel so good about increased stamina and changes in my body!
Shawneci also keeps the workouts fresh and different each time. She is friendly and accommodates you in her busy weekend schedule. Her group lessons on Saturday mornings are very popular and get filled up quickly.
If you are looking for a studio with friendly trainers and coaches, look no further! Thank you Method3 Fitness for helping me work towards my fitness goals.
I love the atmosphere and the culture that pilates v brings to the table. It is an inviting place that has given me confidence and the strength to continue to grow. I love the instructors and how personable they all are. Thank you for everything!
Excellent studio, good instructors, results.
I love how many classes there are of each level. And I like the instructors I've had so far as well as the staff who have been contacting me to let me know about offers for new participants.
It's been a great experience!
The rigor of classes and professionalism of instructors.
I like the reformer machines and the core exercises and the location...I wish we used the chair more often (I’ve attended over 10 classes and still never used the chair) and that we had a consistent warm up each class (either leg series or chair stretch) that way we can see our progress with each session and increase the springs to make it more challenging
After leaving my former studio and taking a break from Pilates for almost a year, just a few weeks in with Pilates V, I love the variety of styles across the different instructors. They all seem to be different in great ways. All give clear instructions and the flow into each move is seamless. This has made it easy for me to pick up where I left off. Very happy!
I appreciate that your instructors are very well trained and you have a good variety of classes to offer. Some instructors are particularly impressive in the beginning level classes and take the time to emphasize pilates breathing, essential basic moves, etc. for those who might be in a class for the first time.
Some constructive feedback that I want to provide: it would be great if the studio lights can be a bit softer lights for those with light sensitivity and need to also relax during the classes. The current lights are too bright and tiring. Also, the music choices used to be more intentional to align them with the classes in the past. I no longer find the music complimentary to the class rhythm. Lastly, while there is some improvement in the studio cleanliness, I think there's a bit too much dust, hair, etc. especially underneath the reformer machines.
Thank you!
The workouts, instructors and the other members, the perfect ingredients for exercising! 😊💪
Reasonable price and good equipment.
I love taking classes with Sarah. She is N excellent trainer
great instructors, clean studio, always class openings
Great instructors and classes. Equipment is very nice.
Convenient location and good class schedule.
Skilled and attentive trainers, an excellent staff and system.

Intro session was very helpful and the instructor was very nice. Being able to experience reformer pilates myself actually let me tell others about it right away and a couple of friends were very interested in just registering.
I'd like to know if you have in your plan to open a separate class exclusively for seniors. I chatted with a women in 70s after the class and when I asked about her experience wanting to tell my mother about it, she said she wishes there was a senior class. I agree and hope that there's a class that leads lighter exercises.
Thank you.
