I LOVE the friendly, positive, caring community atmosphere! I enjoy the variety of workout routines for class each day. I like that coaches will adjust a move for your fitness level or modify if needed, along with make slight corrections that make a difference in the effectiveness of the move. It's fun having different coaches with different styles and personalities to choose from, yet they all show a clear purpose in wanting to help us all. I also like the offering of different specialty classes (ie. stretching/strengthening, power lifting, trx, dance, yoga, trails,...). M3 is "unique" and more than a fitness club!" They have a nutritionist and a 5 week Thrive Program, and celebrate special events, partner, and staff recognitions, along with having several fundraisers to help different communities in need. I believe their specialty is the genuine "connection" among M3 staff and partners, that helps strengthen the motivation, inspiration, and joy, everyone feels when they walk into M3 each time!

It just doesn’t get any better than method3! The coaches are amazing at keeping the classes on the move and showing alternatives for those of us who may have some slight injuries. I always look forward to the workouts and leave thankful that I went.

The staff is amazing. Very attentive and personal to your specific needs. And I love the vibe and exercise routine which in 45 minutes I feel I stretch myself and change my body with it

Method 3 is like being home. All the trainers and everyone that works there are extremely helpful, kind and on top of their profession. Fantastic trainers. I highly recommend Method 3 to improve your health. It certainly has mine. I can't live without them!!
I like the flexibility of choosing classes and the ease of switching if my schedule takes a turn. I really enjoy the partners in the classes and the coaches are amazing. I always feel seen and attended to.

Training with Yvonne was amazing. She paced my workout to my limitations and strength and she included a little bit of everything. I was pleased to have my core, upper body, lower body and cardio all addressed in my first work out after a long break. Great gym and fantastic trainers. I would recommend Method 3 to anyone looking for personal training or group classes that focus on weight training.
The amazing coaching (Sue + others I’m sure but I currently only have 1:1 and group with Sue). She’s patient, professional, Knowledgeable, encouraging, and just down right pleasantly focused. Love the variety in workouts

I really love that no matter what I can or cannot do, the trainers at method3 never make me feel less than everyone else. Particularly Coach Keith and Coach Alan adapt the exercises seamlessly so I still get the workout everyone else is getting without messing up my knee. I am so appreciative of their encouragement, skill and knowledge. I really enjoy my three workouts a week!

The facility and equipment are excellent- always cleaned between clients. The coaches are exceptional- keep me on my toes and excited about working out and getting stronger. Best fitness team in the county IMO.
Method3 is set-up in a such a way that it facilitates both efficiency and consistency, both of which are key for me when it comes to moving the needle for health and fitness. The flexibility you provide makes it so much easier to make fitness a part of my life while still being able to handle all my other priorities. The trainers are also so wonderfully knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. I’ve never enjoyed workouts so much in my life. And I’m loving all the new equipment!
