What I really wanted to share was my absolute delight in working with Stephanie. I was skeptical at first, because well. I don't like new things. She has been absolutely fantastic. I love that she corrects my form and makes sure I am present when I am there.

Makayla and Yvonne work me hard, but are always supportive and kind. They also coordinate between them on what to do each day. I'm definitely getting stronger!
I have to admit, Method3 is a magnet for my body. I find it difficult to workout at home, but I have no problem going to a workout at Method3 whether it's with a group, semi-private or private. It's the welcoming and NOT the intimidating factor. It's the encouragement, friendliness, strengthening, and sweat each time. I feel accomplished and healthy.
All the instructors know you and pay close attention to each one of us correcting our mistakes, giving encouragement, making us feel that we can accomplish everything within our own abilities.
The trainers know your name and they create great relationships with the members and are very engaging to assist in modification on activity.
Cross training classes are always exciting and definitely challenging.
I like the fact that my coach Mira checks in with me before each session and will adjust my training for the day to accomodate any injuries.
Mira not only works with me on my strength but with building my confidence in my abilities and is very positive and encouraging!

This is a great place if you are a beginner or more advanced. I'm well into my second year of membership and loving all the classes I attend.

I work out with Sue 3x a week in the early-ish morning. I’m not always the most entergetic nor intactive client; But Sue is..she puts 150% of herself into her clients and my sessions every single time. She encourages me when needed. She pushes me as needed and she reminds me of the importance of self care. She is kind, caring, a bit tough and so very perfect for her role as a Coach.

I love my trainer (shout out to Mira) and everyone is very friendly and encouraging. I never consistently lifted weights before this, and I am so thrilled to see the progress I making. Gaining muscle mass, losing fat and inches… and most importantly, I had ongoing pain and problems with one shoulder and it has gone away.
I am only lifting weights 1 hour and 15 mins a week, so I highly recommend it to anyone, even if you don’t think you have the extra time. Having people train you who know what they are doing can make such an incredible difference in a very efficient amount of time!
