Equipment was designated the by the appropriate distance usage. Masking and social distance was enforced. Resistance bands and mats were unavailable per CDC guidelines. Well staffed and friendly atmosphere. The JCC is helping guide us through COVID emancipation.
The best gym and community center I've ever been in. Friendly, clean, state of the art equipment, and excellent emenities. The J stands alone!
A wide variety of fitness classes suitable for women (and elderly) not necessarily available elsewhere; great teachers. Great exercise support (although not quite the same as pre-covid) --- showers, lockers, towels, sterile wipes, ... Careful & enforced covid protocols.
On the social side (from signs, posters, promos visible online or in the hallways) - community support, classes & activities for children, ... In short, an organization anyone is willing to support regardless of religious preferences.
Everything about the facility, the ECC, the people & staff and the reaction to handling Covid has been exceptional.

1. you have communicated regularly.
2. you held on to your staff as long as possible
3. I never felt pressured to make a decision about my membership. I sensed that everyone was trying to figure it out together.
4. I appreciate that you have given members the option to reinstate their accounts at their current rate with no sign up fees by July 1st. We will be reinstating.
5. There are gym owners in the area who have encouraged behavior that puts the entire community at risk. There is a gym in CT that made national news by offering free memberships to anyone who is NOT vaccinated, which I find unconscionable.

The staff is very nice & friendly. The club is very clean. They are doing everything they can to try to adhere to CDC guidelines for everyone’s safety.
