I primarily use the fitness center. The facilities are quite fine and I enjoy the camaraderie gained by seeing familiar members and staff.

Health procedures are very thorough. The computer health screening is reassuring and easy to use. All the staff are extremely welcoming and nice.
Cleanliness and friendly people
Love the instructor, Michael Strouse for Silver Sneakers Classes on Monday and what was Wednesday now Thursday! He always makes the class so much fun and his mother is a great addition. I will continue to highly recommend these classes to my friends and family.
The front desk staff and aquatics staff are very friendly. Jordan and Kate at the front desk are always helpful. Carrie, Darren, Jenny, Zach, and Heather in aquatics are good at their jobs and welcoming.
Everyone is so accommodating. I'm so glad we've been able to take Silver Sneakers classes.
I like the type of equipment they have on the GYM and all precautions they have taken for the pandemic

I haven't been in since March 2019 so I cannot comment at this time. But prior to that everything was mostly satisfactory.
I love the community and helpfulness of the trainers! Everyone is kind and it’s a comfortable setting with good equipment and classes available.
I have been out for 11/2 yrs now because of a broken let, 2 surgeries and a rod down my tibia. Monday was my first day back. It was wonderful. Amy is terrific. I took her class again today. I am thrilled to be back , and will come as often as possible between teaching. Alex set me up on the machines for my leg the day before everything shut down. I can't wait to start those exercises also. Am looking forward to yoga too.

The J has been open over the past 6 months and it has been a godsend. The fitness center is clean and I have always felt safe going there throughout the pandemic. I have also been swimming several times/week and the pool area is sanitized often. The process to get a spot in the pool is fair.
Safe place to work out
The staff at New Hope is exceptional in their attitude toward members. They are caring and
attentive - always willing to help, give suggestions and go the extra measure for us.
The facility and equipment are clean; checked constantly for safety. The program offerings are
plentiful and schedules are constantly adjusted to convenience member lifestyles.
Club management seems to really care about doing the right thing for the benefit of the members.
