I love everything about the JCC!!! All the Staff and Patrons are very kind, supportive, inspirational and motivational. Did I mention FUN !! The Aqua strength and Aerobics classes will put a smile on your face while not only making you stronger but make you feel younger as well. Pools are well organized, but there should be better mask wearing enforcement in the locker room.

The whole organization. We have a beautiful well maintained facility. Love the new parking location for the sports Dept. Mail communications are superb. The reputation of the J is a real asset to our community.
The J is very very clean. The machines are cleaned all the time and people have to wear masks . The employees are helpful and nice. I appreciate the security that is inside and out side. I feel save. The new addition is beautiful. I enjoy all the new art work that has been added. I am sure the last year has not been easy for the J but I hope 2021 will bring a good year for the J. All the new equipment in the children area of the swimming pool makes me want to be a child again.I don't think a miracle will happen.

The greater variety of equipment choices compared to the New Hope gym. It made me realize how few choices members at New Hope have to work on various body parts.

My trainer, Alyssa Virginio, is THE BEST. I've worked with her for almost 2 years. She encourages me, makes sure I'm safe in using equipment, and in doing exercises properly and without pain.
I do hope for a zumba class for seniors. Donna Luck's Let's Dance class is too advanced for most, even though, at Warrington, it started out as a class for seniors.
But...i like the club and the people!!
Excellent personnel-welcome people to the club, easy check in, easy to sign up for classes on the phone, easy to get to virtual classes, immaculately clean facility.
Cornerstone is so well maintained and kept spotless. I feel very safe going there.
The staff does a great job on communication, very helpful, make you feel so welcomed and they have a great training/activities team.
The benefit from exercise, strength training and balance is so important as we age. I also love the spa services too.

Taking the initiative you did regarding COVID and SAFTY is telling. You not only are helping your business survive but also are helping your clients to stay safe and healthy in the process. I have only been coming to the club for massages. I won't come back til I'm vaccinated. Tim's massages are excellent.
So far, so good. Clean, good equipment and great staff.
The J pays attention to keeping up the facilities, and improving them, and I don’t think anyplace could even approach the friendliness and attitude of the staff.
We have only been in the swimming program but my kids love Ilan. The other coaches and instructors have been fantastic. The lifeguards are great. The other day a woman was standing and did not have a chair. The lifeguard went and got one out of the office. Thank you for being great.
