I really like that there is a good variety of exercise classes that seniors can take, both water classes and non-water classes. Sheresa is an outstanding instructor and cares about all her participants. The same is true of the other instructors, too - Elena and Sheresa are just the ones I am more familiar with.

Lots of room, great machines. Most members quite respectful. Overall very happy. Two issues, temperature control in yoga/Zumba room, staff should be able to anticipate needs. Second, weight bangers, perhaps a a management person could intervene, gym staff not likely wanting to be involved .

We love the Rady JCC center but the water temperature in the swimming pool is too cold so we are going to the new pool in Bridgewater. Everything else is great!

They have great trainers, the classes are fun and challenging. The equipment is easy to use and the amenities are great.
Use the fitness center regularly, love how bright and airy it is. Classes I have taken have great instructors too.

Took my out-of-state son to work out with me and was charged $15. Although I think Defined Fitness is an awesome gym, it's not worth $15. Why not charge $5 or $10 per day??????
