I have had such a good experience so far! From the process of signing up to getting into personal training sessions with Cristian, everyone has been helpful and friendly and encouraging. Unlike personal experiences at other gyms, I don't feel awkward or judged the second I walk in the door. It's refreshing and makes me feel like I might actually be able to stick with my plan and accomplish my goals this time.

We just reactivated our membership after COVID pandemic isolation and reaching fully vaccinated status. We came back to the new, expanded campus. Same friendly, dedicated staff. Beautiful, open and airy surroundings and a still wonderful experience. One of the things we missed most during pandemic isolation was our trips over to the J for exercise and connection with new and old friends. It’s so great to be back!
Everyone on staff is very friendly, they offer a good variety of classes for the physical you, plus they have a lot of equipment that is available as well.
