Loved the outdoor yoga and loved the refreshing juices! Suggestions:
1 - Trainers should be perceived as WDC team members and should be experts on all processes. They should explain the registration, booking, safety procedures etc.
2 - The trainers should be empowered to make decisions to optimize the class experience. For our class Dena should be able to make in-the-moment decisions about moving mats to shade.
3 - Food services - the experience needs some work. The person riding the bike will have to explain why he's there, what the ingredients are, etc. Otherwise it just looks like someone with a black bike with black box on the back.
Joining the J has been a full and welcoming experience. My family enjoys the pools and the amenities like child drop off for workouts are very helpful.
Pool is great
Yesterday was my return to JCC after 15 months. The entry process was easy, though secure, the staff helpful and pleasant, and the facilities were well situated for safe use. Very happy with the JCC.
