Our family has been a part of the The J here and back in Nashville. We have loved it! Our kids attended so many events and things back in TN at the J there. Since we have been here, thanks to the Pandemic, our engagement has been kept to a minimum but we do love our staff at the CDC! They all are just a wonderful group of educators for our tiny humans! They are just so involved in curriculum development that engages the kids where they are and pushes them to play and learn! WE LOVE THEM SO MUCH! Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to be here! We cant wait for summer by the pool!

Can't wait for the new locker rooms - they are a bit out of date.
Not for nothing, but at $100/month, i'm very impressed with the fitness facilities, like the gym, but I am not impressed with the locker rooms.

The J is affordable, clean, and multifunctional. Excellent pool, gym, and other services.
I swim there. I just came back. The pool has been very cold. i don’t mind it so much but it should be warmer. People have been very nice.
The health form we have to fill out should automatically populate after you fill it out the first time with your name etc.
I love how small the classes are, and the staff are always so nice and talkative. It really gives this gym a sense of community
