Reggie is a great trainer, very helpful, listens and supports me. I enjoy working out with him. Overall staff at JCC is very nice and friendly, I enjoy coming in every time and seeing their welcoming faces.
The fitness center has up to date equipment that guides one through proper exercises. At 73 I have not felt this wonderful in years. The staff is very helpful and always with a smile

Today upon my arrival the lady's very best racketball tournament was in full play and amazing to watch.

You can not beat the cost and benefit of the Heritage Center for seniors! Multiple options for activities appeal to a wide range of abilities. Non Jewish members are welcomed with a shared commitment to ageing well.
Wonderful facility with top notch workout equipment and extras like pool, hot tub, sauna and steam.
Many great sports activities too that my son has already begun to enjoy!!!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The pool is well supervised so I don’t worry about my grandkids if I can’t always see them.

People and instructors are very friendly and helpful. Nice new and clean facilities.
I love the Aqua-Fit classes! I am usually there 6 days a week! The teachers are amazing and each class is unique to the person that teaches it! The music is also great! I have just gone to Chair Yoga recently and I am really liking that too! Try to do it once a week in the Heritage Center! Am going to try to attend the Drama class but so far have had a conflict. I am a long time member. Love the outdoor pool in the Summer. Indoor pool and hot tub are amazing, too.
Anytime I walked to the J it feels as I am going to my second home. I swim with people for over 10 years, working out with friends. I built a small community.
