The day is now a beautiful building. The activities are so varied that everyone can find something that they would like to do. The staff is always very personable.
The pool is nice and the guards seem to really be watching the kids . . I only have a pool pass so I can’t comment on anything else

Clean facility. Lots of friendly staff. Morale seems pretty good so has to be a decent place to work. Feels safe. Reasonably priced.

I highly recommend an upgrade in the scheduling system for reserving classes/pool lanes etc - pc-based web interface is okay, mobile app version is very cumbersome.
I attended my first group class since COVID work from home. I felt it was just the right amount of challenge to meet the needs of a newbie like me and someone who may have stayed in shape throughout the pandemic. In 30 mins the instructor had the class do 100 push ups and lunges, but it was so broken up that I didn't notice until the end!!

It's high speed, low drag. The equipment is great, the staff is wonderful. It's a great place to work out without the fluff.
