We have enjoyed sending our kids to the J child development center for the last six years (multiple kids). The teachers are kind and caring. The lesson plans have been so much fun for our kids. They always come home telling us about a new song or their art project, or the letters they see on signs on the way home. They especially love summer camp, swim lessons, the froggy pool, and celebrating Shabbot with their friends. The J CDC has been a wonderful experience for our children and our family. Thank you!

gears,bars and machines are top notch. one for every muscle group. very clean inside. friendly staff. nice dressing/changing room. better than most gyms in town.
great thing too—there’s a deadlift section too that most gyms don’t have(won’t let you deadlift)

1. Group exercise classes.
2. Courteous staff.
3. Generally good instructors. Work on improving the quality of instructors and better subs in Zumba. At minimum, these classes should genuinely offer a vigorous workout in line with MIIT and BodyAttack.
4. Good location.

Wanted to provide feedback that I, and many other coworkers, work until 5pm. I live rather close to campus but that means my workout would begin around 530pm. The current closure time of 6pm discourages me from going. Would love to see the gym open to at least 7pm if not later.
I love all the classes that Elizabeth teaches. I think she is awesome. She is encouraging and just plan fun to take a class from. She keeps it so interesting and challenging at the same time. I would highly recommend her class to everyone. Not all the other teachers or subs are this way. She is an asset to The J.
The gym feels very friendly and comfortable. The staff is so informative, sociable, and helpful. I really enjoy it here.

I didn't have my key fob, but they made it very easy to check in using my employee number.
Friendly, no drama establishment. The entire gym is always clean from top to bottom, and I have never had an issue with any other clients in the gym being rude or insensitive towards myself or anyone else. Their staff is always eager to assist when asked.

It’s all 100% family oriented. A place for my children to be in a safe environment where they spend time with friends, do homework, an amazing daycare with highly trained teachers, a gym, water park, indoor child care while you work out, yoga studios, Pilates. You name it, they have it. It is a once stop for everyone in the family to enjoy themselves.
It was so nice to be back in the gym! It was clean, bright, and empty.
i love being able to go back and work out at coach k, i just wish nike would open to partners and spouses to be able to use the gym also.. its so empty and covid compliance, there is no reason why partners couldnt join...

Factilities were easy to use, staff was friendly and everyone seemed to be following the recently updated rules related to covid precautions and safety.

Love it! The J is clean, staff are friendly, I get to take my kids with me to workout or to swim. I have really enjoyed every cycling classes I have attended. Amy P is amazing and very motivating. I for sure recommend it!
