Coach K is my favorite gym on campus for a handful of reasons. The equipment is amazing and the staff is so welcoming. Micah and Blake are always there when I go to workout and it has been really great to have familiar faces welcome me to the gym! I am so happy that Coach K is back open again.
Very happy to be back in Bo :) Would have been nice to have a second wipe dispenser in the olympic lifting area, rather than having to cross the whole gym each time to grab one.
GYM is OPEN, that's already emotional.

Fitness and Aquatics, especially the swimming pool. The renovations are beautiful and our child loves the new warrior course. The CDC is an amazing facility.
The gym, indoor and outdoor pool, the CDC, the summer camps, the family events. All of it. I would like to see more treadmills in the gym facing the west.

The core values of the JCCA .
I first b ecame involved with the YMHA when I was in elementary school in St. Louis. I went after school to a neighborhood center named Council House. My brother and I also were in group activities and clubs every Saturday at the YMHA in St Louis. T His was the 1960s
My family, my parents, my brother and myself belonged to the JCCA when it was built i n the 1960s and belonged to a BBG group throughout middle school and high school.
Worked a couple of years, after high school as a group leader at the day camp. at
Oh and when I was in elementary school both my brother and I attended day camp in St Louis.
It it part of who I am and always have been. The biggest thrill I had in the 1980s and 1990s when my husband and children and I belonged to a congregation in Lima Ohio, was to hear the so ngs I had learned at day camp as part of the Reform liturgy.
And it is welcoming and inclusive enough everywhere that non Jews feel "different". The JCC and affiliated agencies have always been in the forefront of providing f or anyone in need. I remember reading about Lillian Wald in Sunday School and that really impressed me.
I have been a contributor, a participant and a recipient through these many years and the JCC is part of the reason I am proud to be a Jewish person. We never ask "who are you" only "What can we do to help" or " know some other people who can help you with your needs.".

Has all kinds of sports, cultural events, great updated and clean facility.. Highly recommend! And the mask highly recommended NOT required.. keeps me coming back. As long as the mask mandate is not 'forced' upon me.. I will continue to Love the J.. I cannot and will not work out with a mask on... very bad for health when trying to get healthy.. can get a breath.. LOL
