The people and community are great. The number and frequency of classes are fantastic.
The scheduling program could use a lot of improvement - very clunky and user-unfriendly. Many fitness areas would benefit from preventative maintenance - checking for wear, tightness of nuts, bolts, and other fittings - so there would be less downtime. When some features break down it can be a fairly long time before it's fixed (e.g. MyZone was gone for several days and it seemed like a quick fix).
It was clean and easy to navigate
So beautifully designed, modern, new equipment. Love the combination of free weights and weight machines. And very interested in testing out the recovery equipment too but was a little intimidated to do it last time.
I removed 1 star out of the layout that cardio up 1 flight of stairs and weights are another flight, should be reversed... peeps looking to get more cardio should welcome the extra flight, whereas when working on lower body weight training, it's iffy trying to navigate down 1 flight of stairs and even worse when 2 flights are right in front of you... too big of a risk of falling down 2 flights with shaky leg muscles.

Facilities are great! My only feedback is the music option(s) within the basketball court. If there was a way to either plug in our own devices or having music more suited to sport along with no commercials would be a huge plus.
The array of fitness options is unrivaled by any other facility. The family atmosphere fostered by the entire staff creates a spirit of community that may be just as important to wellness as strength or cardio.

Blake and Sydney (I believe were their names) were super helpful getting my account set up as it was my first time visiting Coach K. Wanted to get things dialed in before my first workout and both were great ensuring things were seamless after a hiccup w/ my account.
