We continue to use the aquatics facilities only, as we aren't comfortable at this point using the fitness floor. But we are approaching 4 ½ years in the Master's Express group and rarely miss. We really appreciate the work that Carrie and the staff there do. I know they've had a difficult summer, trying to balance classes and J Camp and deal with the scarcity of lifeguards. We continue to tell any who are interested that our experience has been very good.
That the gym was open with few people there

I ranked it as the top because of the new machines, customer service, respect, parking, cleanliness , condition of the building, way to check in, no lines.
The employees are friendly and helpful, the classes are great, and the facility is top notch!
The J is the most professionally run Jewish organization. You as an organization change with the tines and aren’t afraid to try something out of the box. The professionals are trained and excellent with customer service. The building is neat, energized and safe.
The swimming facilities, the people, and the Jewish "aire." (BTW: I am a Lutheran).
I do miss not being able to make reservations for pool lanes.
