Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility, secure. The hours at The J works great with my work and home schedules. Equipment is always in working order, clean and sanitized. Really enjoy the group fitness classes, and the instructors encourage and motivate me to do my best to meet my exercise and health goals. As a woman, I feel absolutely safe here and love the family-oriented environment.

Swimming and programs and facilities
Clean, friendly, a lot of amenities and space, nice locker rooms, amazing kids programs and spaces, indoor soccer field, awesome pool. We love the j!

Clean place with wide variety of fitness options all in one place (including indoor Pool, multiple basketball courts, racquetball and indoor track and lots of strength equipment… and LOTS of classes).
The staff has been very friendly, the facility is clean and organized and the equipment is in great shape.
We were at a previous day care and switched to the CDC at the J and there was a tremendous difference. When the schools were canceled due to inclement weather but I was still able to take my child to the CDC and still be able to go to work was a significant upgrade for our family and couldn't thank the teachers that were there enough for being there.
Also all of the teachers are wearing there masks and other staff which was not consistent at our previous daycare. This makes us feel very safe with our 3 year old since she is not able to be vaccinated. Also the other kids wearing there masks makes it easier for our child to keep hers on.
There are I'm sure many other positive things to say but those two were the most noticeable for a first time parent experience at the J.

I’ve been impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the facilities. Also love all the activities and camps for kids. The only thing I’d say it’s missing is a massage therapist.
The facilities were well kept and the equipment quality was extremely high!

Mainly the amazing people!!! Everyone at the J is friendly and helpful! Classes and camps are great! And the pool is probably our favorite!
I love the pool and the reservations!! Steam room and sauna! Fresh towels, thank you!! The yoga classes are fantastic!

It'l feels like a 2nd home when we r there. You get to work out and socialize. We've been enjoying the J for over 40 years. Its the best!
Value for the monthly dues

The J is a great place to be! I have really enjoyed the group workout classes, and my children love the kids area. The J is clean and I've found it to have plenty of available machines. It's inviting and I love seeing so many people spending time there. The one thing I would suggest is being a little more clear about where open pool areas are vs. swim lessons and designated lap lanes.
