Love the facility!! Speacial thanks to the front desk personnel for teaching me how to use the Normatec recovery equipment.
Other requests: Pl include weekends. Pl reopen the pool, sauna and steam rooms. Pl resume the instructor led group classes.

The J has a very positive environment. Rock Steady Boxing keeps me active and offers opportunities to grow stronger and improve my coordination. I enjoy meeting new people and developing new relationships. Everyone is so friendly.

Frequent availability of a wide variety of classes. The people are great! Online options for group ex are nice.
The scheduling system is a dinosaur and very user unfriendly. It needs to be upgraded or changed as it negatively impacts the whole J experience. Members interact with it frequently and I hear a lot of frustration from both members and instructors. Instructors should be able to see their rosters and class counts in real time as members change at the last minute after rosters are printed.

I moved away from Overland Park but I am still a member and take classes on Zoom. Your instructors are amazing.
