We have been doing all kinds of things since joining the J! My youngest is there all the time. He's been swimming, on the track, practicing in the cycling room for his upcoming mini triathlon (also at the J), and he's even hit up the racquetball courts! I have also done a couple of aerobic classes that were a lot of fun! So, would I recommend for friends and family? Definitely.

I like the atmosphere, everyone is really friendly, I work with a personal trainer (Lauren) and she's helped me lose 10 pounds since September. I have been very satisfied with this gym and the people that work there.

First of all the J staff are very friendly and helpful. There have been several instances where my conversations with them have been very helpful and rewarding which makes me think they enjoy their responsibilities and are accountable to the J. Helpful and supporting staff create a pleasant atmosphere. Although i am a new member (two weeks) the facilities are amazing and well maintained.
Love the classes, love that there are things for the kids and families , and love that there is free coffee or tea.
