I really enjoy the indoor pool and the aerobic workout areas. You have everything I need, and it’s not overcrowded. I also like the locker room facilities, including the saunas. The locker room also has a very nice upscale feeling to it as well.
The morning water fitness classes are life-savers for me and all my classmates who are not able to exercise out of the pool. Our teachers are amazing! We are so grateful to have Dawn, Andrea, Molly and all our substitutes lead us and inspire us each day.
Many of the staff members, youth sports and swim, masters swimming, corporate discount, outdoor pool, kids zones (and staff!!!)

The building is State of the Art. The J has all kinds of programs to meet the needs of many people. The Sports and Fitness area is top notch.
The J is a wonderful place to meet new friends and hang out with old friends

You have a great fitness center and do quality high production plays.
The facilities are top-notch (although quite disparate from Coach K to NFC/Bo) and the staff are very friendly.

So many classes, available times etc. all instructors are absolutely top notch and are able to adapt and pivot when need be. I would like to see a better solution to the lane reservation process for the indoor pool. I’d also like to see the same enthusiasm in the upstairs fitness staff as I see in the front desk staff who welcome us.

I am not going as much as I used to go.

I enjoy the exercise classes, specially yoga. The instructors are very knowledgeable and caring. I enjoy the he cardio and machines.
I like the friendly people, availability of hours, appearance, variety of equipment, TVs, whirlpool near the pool, water aerobics, lifeguards, and towels.
Friendly and easy signing up. I like the boulder room and how nice the workout room is. I wish there was more and different workout equipment besides just machines.
