We love the childcare and the facilities, especially the sauna and pool.
My 11 yo has a blast every time he comes! We just finished the J's triathlon so he's been busy almost daily in the pool, spin center, and track. He's played some racquetball with his friends and cannot wait for the outdoor pool to open up. My husband is about to have knee surgery and is looking forward to rehabbing in the hottub. I foresee many more days hanging out at the J!!
Great environment to workout in, love the 24hr feature a decently clean gym that is well priced.

Full payment of services at one time.
No month to month via credit card, which
can be very hard and expensive to stop,
which other gyms in town do. I prefer to
arrive, work out, then steam bath, shower,
and leave. It is very good for that.
We just recently joined and are enjoying the J. The only feedback I would provide is that ventilation could be improved in the women’s locker area. Specifically around the toilets. There’s been a couple of times where I haven’t wanted to walk into the locker rooms due to strong odor.

I love the friendly customer service, the comfortable environment, respectful patrons, the fantastic classes, new and well maintained equipment, location, hours and amenities available. I have actually convinced three of my friends to join since I joined about 4 months ago.

I am primarily a fitness center user. I like the extensive variety of fitness equipment and programs, and the courteous and professional staff.
I like the following:
1. The friendly staff.
2. The friendly atmosphere.
3. The high degree of effort to keep the gym clean.
4. Adequate equipment.
5. Adequate offerings of group exercise classes.
6. Adequate level of intensity of workout in group aerobic classes except for aerobic dance classes which need much improvement (need to substantially increase the level of intensity for adequate workout).
We love the J! The staff is so friendly and helpful and amazing!!!!

The workout and rec facilities of the Jewish Community Center are very impressive. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The facilities are very clean and well lit. We've only been active for the past few weeks, but first impressions couldn't be more positive.
