I've been working with Matt Baxendale 3 times a week for over a year now and he is the specific reason I come to Club24. He is methodical about his training technique, I've never been injured or strained even though he pushes me every training. He has a super demeanor - fun but respectful. He's extremely knowledgable about what he does. He's a huge asset to your organization.
Separate from that, the front desk is very friendly - loving the new greeting at the door holding it open as we come and go.
You'd miss it if I didn't tell you you need better music. How about anything produced in the last 10 years? The rock from the 70s is so bogus and not the least bit inspirational to work out to.

The abundance of machines, never have to wait. I use the elliptical machine and I especially like the women's resistance room.
Clean equipment, good variety, do not like excessive volume from the movie room and aerobics classroom, so loud that at times difficult to hear my own earbuds

I really like the recent improvements around Club 24 including the Matrix machines located in back. We have been members of the gym since it opened and have done Afterburn for over two years. The program continues to be challenging and this now I am using it to prepare for an event this summer that I never thought possible I would ever participate in. The trainers are great and staff are always helpful and friendly every time we are there.

I love the welcome I get from Staff as soon as I walk in the door. Love that I can bring a friend to work out with, LOVE the Yoga, free tanning and hydro bed! Also get wished a good evening on the way out. Attitude is everything and you guys are doing it right!
